I'm working on an RX7 right now. For whatever reason there is no engine, and that greatly upset me. However, my next kit will probably be a Tamiya since it's alot more detailed than Fujimi kits.

I used to be all into model cars, street bikes, and even the lowrider - hydraulic kits.. I wish there were more hobby stores around me, none near the ghetto.

I have a bunch of import car model kits. Yea those Aoshima and Fujimi kits don't come with engines inside, but they do come with nice things like extra set of wheels or other body style pieces. smile Going to start building a Tamiya Skyline model kit soon.

I used to love model cars, but I just don't have the time anymore. Check out the WIP scale models section on AF. The detail some of them have is ridiculous-pe sets, engine bay wiring, flocked interiors, ect.

It was probably 12-15 bucks.And Tamiya kits are really good and fun to build but they dont have engines.

i've only built and enzo, and a corvette stingray. but i've just lost the patience and time to build these now. been sticking to buying completed-high grade models. i have 2 mclaren f1 GTR's from autobarn, and an FXX from redline. the quality on these is great. and they sure can paint better than i can.

i wanna get into this, im getting kinda bored(not reallY) with building gundams and mechs what companies make good detailed models? I don't mind painting and all that jazz.

Aoshima makes some pretty good japanese cars if your into that. mainly 1/24th i think. they're priced well too i think.

i fucks with this! I stock up on all the imports and some of the domestic cars. I got a wide body integra, eg civic, eg civic with an integra front, Si civic coupe with the integra motor. Mannn
