how exactly do i give corter my size for the belt? it says Please put your desired belt size in the notes/comments section at checkout (inches are best!) but i didnt see anything when i checked out. do i just email him with my order number/paypal transaction id? meh i dont really mind waiting 1 or 2 more weeks on that month wait for a belt

Size up 2-3 from your true waist. IE. I am a size 29/30 TRUE WAIST. I requested a size 32. You can request more but you would just end up having too much extra anyways.

^Suede you mean? If it's suede or nubuck you don't want to use regular oils or stuff like snoseal. It'll totally change the color, texture, and overall look.

the box says leather but yeah, its suede

I ordered a belt from Corter Leather about two weeks ago, and I e-mailed him my size and he has not responded to me. I sent him another e-mail and am hoping he at least responds. I asked for a refund a week ago and he still hasn't responded. I hope I don't have to contact Paypal services...

You know it takes quite a while for them to actually make and then ship the belt don't you?

I had them made in Colombia and they cost me around prob a 1/3 of what companies usually charge. Obviously the quality isn't there yet but it will soon!!

Gonna make a FS thread but just wanted to post here to see if anybody is interested..I'm selling a corter skinny belt size 30. Brand new, I thought I wanted to start working on a natural leather belt but I decided I'm going to stick with my blacks for now.

Corter moves a lot of volume, if you have no patience order from a stockist like Blue Owl.

Ordered my corter belt January 2nd. Received it in the mail yesterday (March 13) after bugging him on Twitter about it. But to cut him some slack, he does specify that if you forget to include what size you want in the PayPal order, it will process about 8-10 weeks later which is a bummer but was my fault.

Have no clue how to take care of this though, but I'm just gonna wear it out.

Condition it as needed with a decent leather dressing like Pecard's or Montana Pitch Blend, Snoseal if you need water-resistance. Oils like mink or neatsfoot are also good but are easy to overuse and if you do it enough you'll have a floppy orange belt that can barely hold itself together, let alone some pants.

My Tanner Goods wallet just came in on Saturday! Two days in and I am starting to see some denim bleed on it from my back pocket. What should I do about that? Just let it go and age?
