i just hate rescues what i really ment to say is that the thighs are tight but than they flare out at the calfs making the jeans sit weird on the shoes

you should just get them taiolred

I was thinking about getting them tailored, but I wanted the stacks to fall first.

Not sure how much to hem them.

If anything you should just get some NS sized down 1 (or 2 if you fit it at all) and let them stretch. I bought a pair this summer and the first month of every day wear they were tight as hell but at this point (about four months in) they feel fantastic. The Rescues are kind of an awful cut and thats what everyone keeps referring to, but the thighs on those will DEFINITELY stretch out much more in the next 15 days or so.

Word, didn't think I would see this thread start up again, but since you have--

I have been wearing them as much as possible since I posted the pics, and they have stretched out a good amount, just still not AS loose in the thigh as I would like.

I will post updated pics after the weekend....I don't know what's wrong with the cut, I actually liked it. And I did try on a pair of NS sized down 1 at the Mercer spot, but I just did NOT like them--maybe it was the tightness that you say would have loosened, but I just hated them--I fell in love with a pair of 32 rescues and the clerk told me to go down.
