I got mine off of Luisa Via Roma here. It took them 5 days to process my card because it was a first-time purchase and they have to confirm with the bank, but it took less than three days to ship to the United States.

Can get all of the buttons done easily; the clasp not so much. So I'm hoping the waist will stretch nicely, will wet-stretch if I need to.

Indigo MIJ 19cm, down 2-2.5ish.

EDIT: wet-stretched the waist a bit, can now get all the buttons and the
clasp done. fits snug, but comfortable enough for a slouchy sag, with
more stretching to go. don't worry if you can't get the clasp done
initially. as long as you can get all the buttons done, you should be
fine.

I dig the fit. should work well if you plan on getting bigger over the summer, too. how'd you size?

LckyCharmsBboy, I quoted just for reference, and this thread doesn't get a ton of traffic. if it was busier I'd edit the pics out in my quoting to cut down on bandwidth/clutter a bit. I get what you mean though.

Awesome dude, im sure you'll be fine even if you do get bigger from going to them gym since they arent skin tight or anything

it depends on how much you sized down on your NS. if you sized down 2ish it should be fine. my true waist is like a 29.5. I wore a size 27 NS and bought size 27 19cm MIJ raws. MIJs were tight at first, but I could do all the buttons and I wet-stretched the waist to get the clasp done. now they fit comfortably enough for sag with some more stretching to go (only 8 days wear right now). they're slimmer for sure.

short story is, if you size the same, it should work fine, it will just be a much slimmer fit. if you want to be safe or want them cut a little looser, size up 1 from your NS.

how long do you guys normally wait before washing your dior raws? mine are starting to tear at the crotch, and i'm wondering if it might be time for a wash

How long have you worm them ?

If you think its time to wash them, then do it. It'll help with the crotch and maybe you should get them reinforced.

you should wait as long as you'd like. some people like to wait longer than others. as LckyChrmsBboy said, if you think it's time, then do it.

I'd definitely get the crotch reinforced though, a wash will only minimally help the crotch problem, and if you don't want to wash yet then a crotch reinforcement is the best bet. not expensive, either.

thanks for the help. i've had them since june, but probably only worn them for a total of 5 or 6 months. sorry for not making it clearer, but they're not actually tearing yet, though i can sense that they're going to pretty soon (there's a small spot near the crotch that's really worn down and significantly thinner/softer than the rest of the denim). i know you're supposed to wash them when you feel the time's right, i just wanted to hear some of your experiences/opinions. thanks again.
