im gunna go ahead and dickride my own shit.
i have mij raws and ive dry cleaned them once in the past year and a half, and they look fucking sick. i might never wash, or i might wait til 2 years. but trust me, you can definitely fade diors nicely as long as youre patient

Yeah, probably right. I just assumed, I have to be honest, but I would never pay retail for one of them. The only types of jeans that I personally think are worth $300+ are jeans from Self-edge, and BiG (samurai, iron heart, PBJ, etc..).

No, you can get a bunch of brands for over $300. They aren't necessarily good, but SE, and BiG aren't the only places that have jeans worth $300+.

Yes MIJ quality is a lot better than MII.

And big and se are not the only places with denim worth over $300. I'd rather wear diors than any jeans they sell over there. I've had my black mij's since the end of 08 and still wear them since the cut is so good. Plus the places you named almost only sell raw denim, dior has amazing and unique washes which is what makes them great, not the raw pairs honestly. Raw denim was the be all end all at one point but now everyone has raw jeans and its boring as fuck.

^^despite the pricing of SE and BIG, I would say they are still the two best raw denim shop in the US. For ppl who r into raw denim but cant make a trip to Japan, BIG certainly means alot to them, SE also has advantages in free worldwide shipping, which is good for some european buyers. Of course, if you live in Japan or next door to take5, I bet you would nvr buy from either BIG or SE, only if ur into their xclusive. Nevertheless, they r 2 shops I would definitely visit if I was looking 4 some denim love in the US.
