How long did you wear those new cures for, and how many sizes did you go down?

Hi Guys!

I bought my first pair of APC's and wanted to get your opinions on fit and size. I am new to raw denim but I have a couple of friends who have given me advice. I am a size 32 normally and I have narrowed my options down to a size 31 in petite new standard or new standard in 31. I was told that I should really try to get size 30 new standards but I have a lot of  trouble getting the bottom buttons on, the top one is basically impossible but I was assured that they would stretch out. I have really thick thighs and I'm trying to go for a regular - slim look but not too skinny. What are your guys opinions? Should I stick with the 31 Petite New Standards or should I try to fit into a 30 NS with the hopes that it will stretch out enough to button all the way up?

I want to get a loose fitting/baggy pair. I know this will lead to
slower less impressive fades but I think they could end up pretty sick,
how should I size for this? Something that doesnt hug my calves and
theighs, but at the same type still holds a good shape. Looks good when
pinrolled. For this i was thinking I'd need a NS sized down one or with a
TTS sizing/even one up and wear a belt to avoid slight stretching in
the waiste., but im not sure if that would work.

Something like this would be the closest I can find, I would like it slightly looser though.

I look to be a fairly similair build to this guy and his NS, thanks.

the fit on this guys imperials is pretty prefect too.

NC . Sized down 3 (30 to 27). 6 months of wearing (2 times a week may be). Can barely button up.
0 wash.

Sorry for the poor quality

you sized dow way too much/ nc dont stretch that much either. also, those look too short for you.
look into unbranded for a 36' inseam or other brands

Hey guys, long time lurker and first time poster. I just bought a pair of NS sz 29, sized down 2. Not sure if i should size 1 more down. I'm not going for the super skinny fit, just want a nice slim fit. Tell me what you guys think, size one down or keep 29?

^ still some space between my waist and the pant. Button is pretty easy to do, no struggle. Not sure if that's ideal when stretches happen.
