basically the same with raw.. with raw, u can soak them all u want.. hot soak'em if its too loose.. or cold soak'em if its too tight..
with one wash, u can wear them without soaking them first
i dont think its recommended not to wash ur jeans for 1year.. u can get a massive crotch blowout if im not mistaken.. but its ur jeans, ur rules :D
eniwei for ur sizing.. maybe u can check 1 page back.. i posted a photo there comparing my true size (31) and my down size (30).. if ur looking for relax fit, i suggest taking ur true size.. but the waist will stretch quite a bit

I'm a true 32 and currently own a pair of apc ps in tagged 30 and love the fit however I think I want a pair of PBJS-011 now because I heard the fit is similar. how should i size?

also youre supposed to soak your jeans before you wear to avoid crotch blowouts?

I never did for my ps and I just experienced one on my 8th month

pbj xx011 raw = unsanforized.. u need to soak it first.. if u dont want to soak it first, u can buy the one wash version

apc = sanforized.. no nead to soak

anyway bout the crotch blowouts is another diff matter

fade the same.. the difference only that for raw, u have to soak it first..
one wash, basically they soak them already.. so u can wear them on the go and u dont need to worry bout the shrinkage etc.. u can check bigs one wash chart & thats what u get..

@jehuti2468 Do everyone here a favor an never, ever wear mandals with jeans again lol. Fit is good. I might soak again because they look a little tight but not too bad. The looser you can get them the more pleased you'll be with fades. Looks good doe.

@bak what model are you wearing in the pic? I wouldn't get a more tapered fit personally, it's going to make you look more top heavy. But if you HAVE TO go xx-009. I would get xx-005 if I were you. A straight fit with a 36 inch inseam would look wavy.

They're the same cut. One's just Left Hand Twill. Sufu has plenty of fit pics tho. Can't help ya on anything else tho.

Plan on getting some PBJ's sometime in the near future. Denim looks sooo good!!

Isn't there a place in DC that sells PBJ?? I came across this site once and found a store in DC that sells some Japanese denim brands but can't remember. If I find it again I'll let you know unless you already know. Would love to at least try them on

yea, i'm like 20 mins South of DC. I still haven't found the stores name. But i do remember reading that they carry some Jap. denim. LHT is just the way the denim is woven, most jeans are right hand twill. If you were to look at your jeans holding them in front of you, you will notice the denim pretty much runs from the top right down to the left. LHT is just the opposite and is suppose to have a smoother/softer feel.

this might be the site you were thinking of, but i'm afraid they're located in berlin.sad unless you were referring to an actual brick and mortar store, then just ignore me. though i'm pretty sure blue in green is the only retailer for pbjs in the US
