need help i got some 514s been wearin em for like a month 36 *30 they stretched out on me shud i wash them n dry them inside out to shrink em again ? thanks

Turn them inside out and you could either soak them(i know there not stf) or wash them, and they should shrink.

air dry, or in the dryer if you want them to shrink even more.

Most Australian sneaker stores should stock denim and a lot of them do stock LVC, especially 501's.

saddlemans are are a washed version of 1947 raw levis, and they are all under the same line Levis Vintage Collection.

I've been wearing some Indigo STF's for maybe 3 months now. If I wash them I'm wondering what they're gonna look like.. Will there be any good fades or what?

They've never been washed or soaked by the way...

Do Levi's run different numbers in different countries? Went on a mission looking for some black 501s or 511's, could only find some 504's here in Aus.




Anyone know what US 50's they fit like or if they'll shrink/stretch (waist)?


if i'm not mistaken, 504's are just a variation of the 501's. i have a pair of 503's and they are the same legs/fit as 501s except slight low-rise. 504's are probably very close to 501's

Aus is getting more LVC soon, atleast I know Perth is but Sydney should definitely have LVC.

Go check out Provider in Melbourne, I hear they are pretty dope.

It also helps to ask around at stores for certain products, some places may be iffy to help you out (if they are cunts or not) but if you know your shit they should point you in right direction.

so i soaked my 501 stfs like a month ago and am wearin em to school pretty much every day. when I soaked em, i did a warm soak and it didnt shrink to the maximum. I want em a little smaller, is it a bad idea to soak em again or what?.

my levi 501xx
i had them tailored and had the thigh down to the leg opening narrowed, i forget the thigh but the leg opening is 8.5", they fit like my gap morrisons now

I'm a bigger dude so 501's start to look too wide and baggy, plus i bought these w/ a 36" inseam and are now a 34.5" as compared to my morrisons which were 32"
these were orginally a 40x36 and shrunk down to 38x34.5

are the 1947 501xx 14 ounces?

I actually never looked into how many ounces the raw LVC's were. I was under the impression that they were 14oz, but a few are stated at 12.5oz

Can anyone shed a little light?

You can buy them at Urban Outfitters.


Last time I checked, they had a lot of colors in 510 raws.
