but from what i've read on here, 520s arent that bad either in terms of sizing and fit compared to the 511s?

520s stretch after just one week of wear.

And by stretch, I mean it stretches in all possible areas (thighs, hips, etc.).

nah, both have 501xx, just the selvedge ones have a different price tag due to selvedge

i know the levi's store doesn't carry any 511's here in vegas. the two urban outfitters do. anyone know any other sources that are good IRL stores where i can get some 511's?

So I got myself a pair of Raw 1947 501 today (W32xL36) and they fit perfect around the waist. My concern is that when I wash them they will be too tight and won't losen up anymore.. Anybody have any experience (I am not planning on washing them for the next 3 or 4 months though)? Should I soak? Or just wear them and let the waist stretch? SOMEBODY PLS HELP ME. KTHXBYE.
Oh and - how much should I expect them to stretch in the waist?

can someone please help me...i need to know how long to soak regular levis 501 shrink to fits, im planning on doing a hot soak, is 20-30 minutes enough?

^Do 2-3 hours you will get more shrinkage with hot water if you didnt know.

I just recently picked up some 520's llove the color and stitch of these jeans. Im brand new to the denim game how long should I soak my jeans? Wont they bleed in the water if i were to soak them in the tub? HELP please I love the fit and color on these jeans and I would hate to lose 'em

Do Levi's run different numbers in different countries? Went on a mission looking for some black 501s or 511's, could only find some 504's here in Aus.
