Ight this might be kind of a weak question, but I am looking for a recommendation. I've been wearing 501's but recently, they've grown to be too baggy for me. I have 511 skinny khaki's and I love the fit. Looking to cop a pair of denim ones that are similar. Would 511 denims run true? Any other style built similar? What's a good pair to invest in? I'm sort of a denim noob.

is this the cheapest they will go? Its black friday in 2 days, will it be even cheaper then??? I dont realy need to buy anything from levis site,, but if its like 50% off on friday, maybe ill buy something lol

@yk-2 Yup, mine stretched quite a bit.

EDIT- Found out his wash was "River soaked"

Anywho, my friend bought a pair of Levi's Water>less Selvedge (same as I) from Nordstrom Rack *TODAY* and his pair looked really different from mine. Can anyone explain why?
HE GOT HIS TODAY.

His pair had some creases on the knee and a knee buldge. Mine had nothing when I purchased mine.

His pair had somewhat faded honeycombs, when mine didn't

Detailed combs (NOTE: HE BOUGHT HIS TODAY AND THEY'RE FADED COMBS)

His pocket is bigger and his stitching has more arc.

His patch is of a different material

Levis rigid = raw, so far as I know. Calder looks like good denim, deep indigo and a bit of nep?

Found 2 new pairs of 514's in my closet that I got for Christmas last year. Totally forgot I had them. They're 36x30, but I've lost a good amount of weight and I'm down to a 32" waist line now. Would if worth it to try and shrink these down to fit me, alter, or would I be better just selling them off or exchanging them for my size?

they'll fade like raw denim. any selvedge jeans made by levi's will fade like "raw denim".

Got some black 511 skinnys TTS but theyre a bit baggy for me. Would washing shrink em a bit? Cold/warm wash + hang dry correct? Not exactly denim care, but I figure I should wash all my pants like that.

I need some advice. I have a pair of matchstick levis in black and went bike riding for 5 min down the street and the crotch area looks like this now.

Any suggestions on how to get the area back to black?
