^ chaobro, you got any fit pics of any Levis?

I can't wear skinnys (big thighs), and I like my fit to be slim down the knee too.

What pair of Levi's are most people doing?

I was at our local Macy's men's store today and they have a ton of 501STF in stock, I don't know about LVC's but I doubt it. Are the 501STF the ones people are getting or do they get LVC? The price is perfect for me because I'm a cheap ass, but I don't know anything about them or how to size them either. Thanks for any help.

How do the LVC 1966 501s fit?

I know it tapers below the knee, but should I go true to size? Do they stretch?

personally i think 501 is too sloppy of a fit, my favorite fit is definitely 511 and 514, depending on the mood

Update on imprints:

Been wearing them about 2 weeks now after I tapered them. They weren't joking about these guys fading fast. Here is a shitty cellphone photo of my upper thigh around the front pocket area:

Although you can't see much, you can still tell that there is already a very noticable fading line due to the creasing on the lap. These jeans are fading so fast! I have no idea when I should first wash them.

Quick question, I've got some STFs from a few months ago, I didn't like how baggy it was in the thigh area. But I was wondering if I soak them again, is there any chance they can shrink more? Also will that also make them stiff again? Before I put them on damp but now I'm thinking about just letting them dry until they're stiff

^^ u sure vato? They should shrink if you put em in boiling water(refreshing the water often),but by like the 4th soak i think they'd stop shrinking.

i doubt boiling water will give you that much extra shrinkage.
If the jeans are baggy they're going to shrink again if soaked, but theyll be stretched out once again so theyll be baggy again.

No biggie they were still too baggy than I would've liked and I went TTS. I'm just going to see how much they shrink when I throw them in the dryer

I would suggest sizing down, they're basically straight fit jeans. I bought true to size and the thigh and leg area still had a lot of room.

The nicest STF's I've seen were purchased true to size and hot soaked for 30-40 minutes. I don't know if I agree on sizing up on them or not, I guess it's on a person to person basis.
