YOU DONT OWN A SINGLE PAIRS OF JEANS?!

Ok but here you go:

1. Levi's come ina variety of styles and fits.
-514 is very popular, they are slim straight fit
-501 Shrink to Fit (STF) isthe original levi's, button fly with a baggier/looser fit
-511 is a skinny fit, 510 is even skinner
-505 is slimmer than 501 but looser than 501
-520 is a slim/tapered fit?

2. All of the above can be found for about $30-50, unless you get into LVCs/501 selvedge denim, which can run from $100-200 i believe.

3. models like 501, 514, 511, and 505 can be found at stores like mervyns, kohls, macys, JC Penny, etc as well as any levi's store

any levi's store will have a VAST selection of styles/models but are usually more expensive

510, 520, and 511 can all be found at Urban Outfitters

LVC and Selvedge will be found at levi's stores

Thanks for the info Shane helped a bunch :D

for STF's do you guys size down? i really wanna get a pair and i'm thinking about taking a shower with them on so they will shrink more to my legs and have a half slim looking fit. is this a good idea do you guys think? i was thinking about copping a 35x34 when i'm normally a 36x 34

I have a few pairs of Levis.
But most of the hype spots around me don't carry a good variety of Levis.
Does anyone know where I can get a large variety at the average rate and not the 300 dollar over priced pair?

Im looking for some like these:

Im looking for something more fit.

Hey im looking to buy levis 520s
http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?itemdescription=true&itemCount=10&startValue=31&selectedProductColor=&sortby=&id=14692891&parentid=M_APP_JEANS&sortProperties=&navCount=27&navAction=poppushpush&color=

and i was wondering do I need to size up or down? i have 514s, but i think its a bit too slim, and much too short. I bought waist 30 because thats what I am, but I'm nearly 6 feet tall. Will the 520s fit better?

im on the west coast, so i dont know if anyone in the central/eastern U.S. has Fred Meyer stores, but surprisingly, they have a decent selexion of levis for pretty cheap.
I got some sick black STF's on sale for 31.99.
Not the most ballerest jeans on the planet, but they look sharp, and you can spend the jack you saved on jeans, on some kicks or fitteds!

Ive never heard of fred myers.
What is that?
I like levis weather they are flashy or not.
They have a good selection in style. For a reasonable price.
There should be an outfit thread.
Like to show off your whole outfit.

520s are tighter (slouch skinny).

You can try them out at your Urban Outfitters.

I sized down two on my stf's

why would you size down if they are STF's? or do they stretch in the waist after a few wears?

I just got some black 501STF's and i'm not sure what sort of soak to do. At the moment it looks like i laid some fiber optics in the seat if i sag them a bit. My girl said i'm not going out in public like that (i slapped) >smh
Would like a slimmer fit with no nut show... no homo.

I just bought a pair of raw Levi's 511s, my problem is that they are bleeding on to my shoes, my other problem is that i'm scared to wash them to get rid of the dye because it may shrink and I really don't want it to. What can I do to fix this problem?

What is the benefit of soaking STF's vs Washing them?
My plan was to wear my black stf's for a long while before washing them, to give them some sort of fade and or wear.
