Crash i had the same dilemma as you. Idk why but when you shower wit em on they shrink alot more. Heres my progress with em.
NO Soak Brand New

1st Soak By itself

2nd Soak By itself

1 Inch Reduction, 7.5 Inch taper and A shower shrink

Long story short try to do a shower soak while wearing em and dry em while its hella hot outside and post back with results.

how long did u shower with them? and also how much does it cost to get them tailored? thx

^Thanks man. umm i just did a regular shower like 10 mins? but if they brand new do like a 20 minute shower. And try to dry it in extreme sunlight. Like idk why but when you shower em it shrinks alot more then just letting em soak doesn't shrink em that much but eh thats me. Good Luck to you and post back with results!
My taper for my nudies and Levis were like 20 bucks all together but I knew the guy but ye. It shouldn't cost that much. I had a 1 inch reductions and a 7.5 Inch taper before the last shrink.

Since when the fuck are there 506's? My friend and I were shopping and he copped a pair of these really dope 506's. They were like a jet black with white stitching on the back pockets and down the legs etc. They were a skinnier version of 510's which are already skinny as FUCK. Homie had to size up 2.


They sell them at UO. Skinny 5-pocket jeans from Levi's - a tapered hybrid fit, with an aggressively tapered leg and ankle like the super skinny 510 and a slightly roomier seat and waist like the 511.

i cant see the 3rd image but the 3rd fit looks pretty good.

but i hot soaked my new greys for 45 min. and my new indigos for 1 hr. by themselves , should i take a shower with them on or hot soak them alone again? im trying to get a similar fit as the third pic since i cant see the 4th.

sup fellas, had some time off work today so I shrunk to fit my khaki STFs. These shrunk up A GOOD amount, more so than I expected. Measurements are posted below (pre and post)

Crash let em dry first. Try to make sure its really high heat and sunshine. Then wear em and try em on just to see how they fit. If you need another shrink do a shower shrink while wearing the jeans. Just go through the regular routine (i.e. soap and all that nonsense.)

id stay true to your waist but size up in length 514's arent really that slim to were you need to size up or down for an effect they kinda just are what they are imo

yah i saw grey and brown 501 stf's at jc penny's yesterday...

Do i have to soak my stf's in the tub or can i just do it in the washer?
and its warm water right?

Alright so i walked into the bathroom with a tank top and basketball shorts on. I turned on the light. Took off my clothescool. Put on the Khakis no boxers&). Then i turned on the hot water but it was to hot for me sad. So i added some cold water. It was just perfect! Then i started to get my jeans wet and started rubbing my body so i can be clean. Then i just stood there for like 8 minutes. Then i put on some Johnson no Tangles on my hair. Washed it off and then rubbed my body with some AXE Sea Mint body wash. I rinsed that off. Then i stood in the shower for another 5 minutes. I thought i was good and i took off my pants. Put on my towel then i let them sit outside in the hot ass weather to dry. It was like 90 degress so they dried perfectly. After that they were good to go and i was happy and went to the mall!

Dont do it in the washer. Its gonna agitate the jawnz and color will come off. So just soak em. Hottest water. Ever 15 minutes add boiling water.

Leg Opening: 8.5"
Inseam: 30.75"

Levis 501 Indigo STF's 33x32 Post Soak (1 hr. Hot Soak)
