i got a pair setting in my closet collecting dust, it's size 33 with arc and red tab...brand new with all the tags still intact. never been soak.

^ you're supposed to soak. if you hold it off, they'll begin to fade and once you eventually wash the creases will be messed up.

Soaking gets rid of the shrinkage that the unsanforized denim is prone to having. So wearing them (especially Lot 10's) without soaking them is a very bad idea. When it comes time to wash, they will shrink and will most likely not fit you anymore.

And the Lot "rules" only apply to 710's (NastyNates are 710's;i've seent them).

The waist actually measures 1" bigger than my waist anyway.
Should I cold soak?
& for how long?
I just hope they're not extremely tight afterwards.
