i picked up some 710's from BiG this weekend and I got both stealth arcs and the tab intact. I actually wasn't expecting to get them, I thought that BiG didn't sell samurai's with the arcs, but i'm so pleased.

I don't think so, man. I tried that (cuz i'm a 29 in APC's) but the guys at BiG said that they don't stretch much more than an inch, if that. Haha I actually ended up getting a size 31 (guess I'm wider than I thought I was). Sizing down on 710's doesn't do a thing really; it won't make them a skinny fit if that's what you're looking for.
