Stick something like a hanger or metal rod or stack of books or something in the waist when you soak and actually see that the waist will actually come out bigger than what it was before the soak. If you're not interested in doing that, give them a 10 min cold soak and get the shrinkage out as time progresses. Yeah, samurai's sizing has been quite volatile as of late, the measurements really vary from pair to pair.

nastynate u need to either lose weight or maybe size up 1 , cause u prolly wont be able to button up the top button in 6 months, unless u lose some mass son son

nah dude....i already sized up 1. everywhere else are slightly loose and i could tell that after a good soak it would shrink nicely but the waist is just unbelievably tight for a 33 (felt like size 30 or 31).

its because lot 10 shrinks from the tagged size, not to the tagged size...either way if they dont fit now, youre obviously bigger than a 33 cause they should at least fit presoak

if presoak they didn't fit, and u sized up 1, then u are definitely not a true 32

Man....from the jeans that i had (FH 1001 and IH634s), they all been size 32 and they all fits good. Coming over to the S710XX and even after sizing up 1, it still don't fit. It just bothers me that I need to size up 2 to be able to barely button up, size up 3 to be at the level of buttoning it up at a comfort level being PRESOAK.

well how well does everything from the waist down feel?

You're waist to legs ration could be not proportional.

Going to pull the trigger on the Black Knights soon, hope I don't mess up on the sizing.

I'm a size 30, think I'll be straight with a 29? I'm accounting for 1" in shrinkage and 1" in stretching. Though it seems weird that they expect only 1" in the length, when in the past I get at least 2"

true to size is the way to to go for 710s (assuming they shrink to tagged)
i heard theyll be extremely tight, some people get away with sizing down.

Well that's the plan anyways. A tagged 29 is suppose to shrink to 29", but I'm hoping for 1" in stretching. Since I'm a size 30, that should work out hopefully.

Just wanted to see how everyone else that pre-ordered sized on these.
