Yea, they're 33s. My old APCs were sz 30 and fit pretty snug (true waist 32).

Yea, I just threw them back in the tub. Hopefully they turn out perfect after this.

And to enemy, I don't want to tamper with em, but if this last hot soak doesn't cut it, maybe I will.

BIG told me to either go true to sz. or size down one (saying they'll be tight for about a week and then be fine).

I wear size 31 Imperial Dukes and size 29 Flathead F380 (which are a bit too tight in the waist). If I get size 32 710xx will I be able to shrink them down to my size?

My waist is a 33" and I'm going to order a 32" in the S710's. My thighs are 22" at the biggest part. Does any body think that the thighs will be skin tight?

If so, please advise me against this decision and make me stick to a 33."
I really don't want too tight or too baggy. A nice medium.

Yes, get them hemmed, you will see a change in the overall fit and drape of the denim.

Don't hem until you've worn your jeans in for a good month. They'll look better once they soften up and settle and you may not even need to hem.

Ok, that seems like the best course of action. The only problem I have with the fit is the way the knees still bunch up, but I'm sure (as I noticed with my old APCs) that the denim will soften up and settle down a bit. If it's still bad I'll think about getting it hemmed.

I plan on ordering 710's from BIG (once people buy whats in my sig!!).

Denim from BIG and 2nd is the same besides the red tag. Why do people go with the one from 2nd mostly? J/W

but when you order from 2nd, they usually send you some miscellaneous samurai collectors item.. like a mouse pad, bags, bandana.....

if you order 710's itll cost you about 250$, rather then 300$

you get all the stuff mentioned (samurai soap, mouse pad, etc.)
red tab and arcs

its just better.

I think the fit is more important than the red tabs,arcs, mousepads etc. It's nice to know I can exchange for another size if I don't like the fit if I order from BiG instead of 2nd.
