Hey guys, I have been thinking of getting a pair of 710. But I have doubts on the sizing. I am around 5'10 132 (have kinda skinny legs). Been wearing a pair of size 29 PBJ xx-011. But it's kinda loosen the waist by 1-1.5in. Do you guys think I should get 28 or 29? Cuz I heard sams would stretch out after some wear.

If I measure where I wear all my jeans, it's about a 31, slightly less.

As for sizing on S710xx's you can either go TTS which is what most people do, including myself or you can go down one for a bit slimmer look which I believe AirFred did which was really nice too. All personal preference. Make sure to check out BIGs measurements and compare with your jeans so you could buy your jeans accordingly.

Fuuuuck I got my sz 31 (true waist 32.5) sams 710xx lot 14 from BiG today but im on the fence deciding weather to hot soak or send em back, unwashed they fit really snug in the waist, how I would want them to fit after stretching but Im afraid that I might not be able to button them up if i wash -________-

Anyone else in here unable to button the top button(s) upon first hot soaks? will they really end up stretching back to the raw size?

EDIT: Pre Soak pics

I actually went up one, but they were tapered and hemmed before i got em
Little roomier than what I'm used to, but since they're so stiff they don't feel loose with a belt.

Hope this is better, I originally hotsoaked em for an hour, then added some boiling water for another 30 minutes.

How do i prevent stacking? besides hemming them.I already hot soaked soaked my pair of 710's twice and machine washed with no spin cycle.

Why would you want to prevent stacking? IMO that is the best part about these jeans.
