My jeans AND a Samurai mousepad just arrived from 2nd! Shipping/customs raped me so hard my ass bled, but I think its worth it.
I tried them on pre-wash (just to see the length and waist) and they're like cardboard. It's awesome.
Soaking them now, and I'm pretty jazzed up. I'll post a pic once they're dry.

Just got my S710BKs tonight. Came in 4 buisness days! Everyone was right, these are like fucking made of steel pre-soak. I can barely move around in these fuckers its awesome. And yeah, definitely need to stretch the button holes. No pre-soak pics but I'll get some up for post soak tomorrow.

k im lookin for a pair of samurais that fits like a current 501 STF. I've settled on the s5000vx but im not sure about what size.

my waist is about 33 1/2. I can fit into new levi 33's but they are a little too tight, but fit right when they stretch a little. When i buy 34 in levi's they fit right at first but are too loose after they stretch.

For the sammies I'm thinking about sizing down two and getting 32s which have a 34 waist pre-wash, mostly because i want minimal hip flair I don't want them to be too loose around my waist after i stretch.

So i guess my question is, do you think these jeans with a 34 inch waist prewash will stretch enough to fit my 33 1/2 inch waist?

Okay, here are fit pics of my S710BKs. Little background - I'm about 5'8-5'9, 130ish pounds (thing frame). My normal waist is in between 29-30 and these Sammys are 29 waist. I figured since Lot 11 are a bit bigger than lot 10 I should go with a 29 and im really glad I did. I hot soaked these with them on in a bath for 30 minutes and let them hang dry overnight. I'm sagging these, but not by much because they're still pretty stiff and the waist needs to stretch a tad more. Anyways, here are the pictures

^I'm just gonna take a shot in the dark and say 5000s. I know 380s are str8 legs and i think 5000s would be closest.

Everything about the fit imo is on point. The waist was a little snug for like the first 3 or 4 days, but it wasn't enough for me to turn away from the fit. I'm actually pretty excited as to how these will turn out.

Thanks everyone. The stacks got a little messed up because i waited for them to dry fully before wearing them. Gonna give them a very cold soak for about 10 minutes and wear them when they are damp and they should be perfect. I'm loving these jeans though, so fucking stiff!

Are S710BKs as dark as S5000BKs? In most pictures the 710s just look like dark dark blue but the 5000s look like straight black

Are S710BKs as dark as S5000BKs? In most pictures the 710s just look like dark dark blue but the 5000s look like straight black

pretty sure they're the same color, the 5000bk just looks darker because the buttons are black also.

also, i'm selling my size 30 s5000vx if anyones interested. my size 31's just came in a couple days ago from 2nd, i was hoping these to be a bit looser on the waist but they're from lot 10 and ran a bit smaller, but i guess i'll just have to settle with these.

do lot 10 jeans run smaller than lot 11 jeans?
specifically s710s.

and is it preferred to soak em or wash em for the initial shrinkage?
