Yo, remember a while back i posted that i copped some n&f regular indigo weirdguys for $40??

well..these take forever to fade lol.

I mean, theres some slight fading goin on..but its very very minimal. Previous owner wore them for 4 months..

These are beat up but whatever

i like that biking idea...going to experiment that tomorrow lol


don't do it. as much as I respect zyezye I dislike that suggestion because it can really blow the knees of the jeans out of proportion...

People have suggestions like go for a run on a treadmill or go biking or whatever will have a lot of movement for your jeans but really and truly my piece of advice is unless you want them to look good for when you are biking or running (since you trained them under those circumstances) they won't look 100% right when you are just casually wearing them.

sorry if this is redundant, but are the "limited BiG" 21oz weird guys different from the other 21oz weird guys selling on other sites? Do they still fade the same, etc?

BiG pair has different buttons and no image on the leather patch. other than that I don't know of any differences, although I heard the regular 21oz are more rigid, but Im not positive about that. I only have the regular pair.

so went to barneys today, the grey weird guys are sick definitely getting a pair next month. anyone else arleady have them? how much do they stretch?i have a pair of size 33, and they def stretched but not much.half a waist size. trying to figure out if i should get 33 or size down to 32. how are the fades?

I think those are the 15oz weird guys. i've seen the 21oz denim in person, and the honeycomb's definitely wouldn't come out that sharp. the denim is literally a few millimeters thick.

Definitely different. Closer to the 501 rather than the 511. 511 is much tighter in thighs. Then again I only sized down one for the Weird Guy. You should try the Skinny guy too.

yeah, def a little bigger than the 511, and smaller than the 501. if you guys have ever had nudie grim tims, the leg opening is pretty similar, but the weird guys def seem to be a little bigger than that.

yeah... i'm not a huge fan of buying denim without trying it on first. i went to my local urban and asked if they had these so i could give them a go, but they didn't... i know that people have said that these were alright, but i have to see for myself... which is why i opted for the naked and famous weird guy because i was actually able to try them on.

Those are 14.5 oz. joints smile The 21 oz we still have at Lincoln Park, but there is only 1 size left in a 32 waist.
