Hey,
I have some WG indigos size 30 and they fit pretty nice but I wanted to try some Skinny Guy LHT Selvedge...I'm a waist size 32 normally and I hear that you should size down just 1 size on Skinny Guys...Would you guys agree with this? Thanks!

My true waist is a 28/29 I wear 28 in nudie boot it ola and 29 in slim Jim. Is it possible for me to get any n&f jeans that won't fit loose I like slim straight jeans that aren't to tight below the knee. Thanks!

Go with N&F SlimGuy size 28. Slim (but not skinny) straight leg.

Does anyone know if N&F is coming out with any new jeans for the Holiday Season?

Also, check out this interview I did with Brandon Svarc, the Founder and Designer of N&F.

I'm sure if you keep searching this thread you'll find your answer. Personally I tried on the Skinny Guy and I liked the TTS rather than size down one.

I was thinking of getting the slim guy but on some websites like Tate and Yoko it says that a 28 is actually a 30 and my waist isnt a 30. should i still get them?

TTS. My skinnyguys havent stretched out at all. I had a pair of sized down skinnyguys before and they were so uncomfortable... my dick got chafed from the fabric and i had bruises on the front of my hips from the denim diggin in

If I wear 28 in nudie ola and 29 in slim Jim would a size 28 in n&f slim guy be a good fit? I like it tight on the thighs but slim down the leg. Thanks!

So many people say different things. Someone told me to get the same size I do in weird guys because of the stretch.

Do you mean your waist measures 30in around? Or you normally wear tag size 30?

If your waist measures 30in around then a WeirdGuy in tag 28 will likely be good for you. But it depends on how you like your fit... you may prefer a tag 29 for a more relaxed fit.

I dont wear a size 30 in any jeans that i have. I have only worn 28 and 29 so i think my waist actually measures a 28 or 29 but definitely not 30.

why is that funny?

UndefeatedJK, you really think that the BT are that hard to fade? Are you really active in them?
I find that the Deep Indigos are a bitch to fade but I'm not too active in mine so that could be why. I just washed mine for the third time and they look alright so far but I don't have any comb fades. Probably due to the fact that I soaked too soon.

Was thinking of getting the broken twills to start over and try to get better fades.

Undefeated, do you have any pics? How long have you been wearing them?

Same here, man.

My deep indigos are turnin 11 months on the 25th and I actually wore them pretty often.
I don't know what the average raw denim dude does as a living but it's hard to be very active when you are a student.
So I wore them when cycling to university (6 miles, 4 times a week) being there which means sitting most of the time and on all other odd events like concerts, going for a walk, playing with my dog etc.
I also don't have much combs going on but I'll give them a hot soak or wash on their first anniversary..

These are my Scratch and Sniff WG's. I've been wearing them regularly for about 2 months or so. Is this pace of fading normal?

Its a fucking journey, not a race. Why are you guys so rushed to see fades? Just wear and enjoy them then in a coupleyears you're gonna be proud of how your jeans turned out.

I think what @tooawesome was trying to say is that there is no formula, no right nor wrong way to get fades and there is no pace. Raw is all about you. The denim reflects you. If you try to emulate what others are doing then you are reflecting them. Get it? Its like that one levis commercial where a guy gives his best jeans to his girl while she's leaving on a bus or something. every fade, tear, smudge had a story. You don't want your story to be "oh these, combs yeah I did squats" or "yeah I constantly rub my thighs" or something weird like that.
@encore818 nice combs by the way
