I would get WG size 29 or 30. Slim Guy is going to be kinda baggy at the calf area, kinda like Levi's 501.

Do you have big thighs or anything

I have pretty big calves and normal sizes thighs. I'll take a look at size 29 WG, thanks!

If you're from Oahu they had some pairs at Barneys at Waikele. Last time I checked they had a bunch of other cuts too which was about 2 weeks ago. A friend even found oni collabs there for under $100 during a sale. Good luck

If I remember correctly noteworthy had a a few weird guy's in assorted colors up for grabs, but I haven't been down that side in a while. Jay and the boys are definitely knowledgeable about the denim, so if you do decide to head down there you would be taken care of as oppose to barneys where the old ladies just watch you like a hawk haha. However barneys does have more variety of cut's like the skinny guys & elephants than noteworthy. Also a good friend works at crooks where I got the chance to meet the crew and eventually lend a hand here and there. Since getting this new job however it's pretty tough getting time to visit every weekend like I used to. Good luck on your denim hunt!

So when people are talking about the WG sizing are they talking about the tagged size or the "waist size?" I'm looking at the chart on tateandyoko.com. I'm a 32/33 waist in almost every brand and I'm between getting a 31 or 32 tagged WB Deep Indigo (which according to the chart the waists are 33 or 34). Is that right or should I be getting smaller?

If you're 32 waist in most other brands, I recommend a 31.

why would you want the slim guy cut when you're talking about getting them tapered and your skinny. Slim guy probably wouldn't look good on you

just got the dirty fades in WG. pretty amped on them and see how they fade. ive gained weight tho, so now a bunch of my n&f denims don't fit me. specifically some chinos i've only wore about 4 times. confused gotta get my hands on those duck camo insides from a few seasons back

been buying n&f's for about 5 years now and def my fav jean. ppl slam the weird stuff they do but i like it. no one wants the exact same stuff season after season. i gotta have like 10 diff pairs of wg's in my closet.

no other way around. Tag size shown (ex. 32) is smaller than the actual waist size (size 32 =34'' waist).
