First time I put them on I could only do the bottom 2 buttons went on a bike ride started stretching out a couple days later I posted a fit pic a couple pages back I think they fit me awesome exactly what I was looking for so yeah it's scary them not fitting when you first get them but break those bitches in and they'll eventually come out perfect

so i am a 36 in 511's (i'm p sure levis also vanity sizes, so maybe a 37 is more accurate) and got a 34 in weird guy and i know it's been said before, but this shit is tight. i'm scared ... will it really stretch out so i can button them all the way (me getting fatter notwithstanding)?my big john collabs stretched, my deep indigos didnt.

I am about to pull the trigger on size 31 weird guys (my true waste is 33) and I'm wondering if that is all i have to do, or if i should size down more?this is correct. measure the top of your thighs and make sure that matches with what size you're buying. waist stretches, thighs do not.
My broken twills came in today. Fit a bit baggier than i like though. I'll get used to it.

i was just gonna get standard indigos at karmaloop, since they are cheap, to make sure I like them. if i do I'll get more/go to a better brand like APC. for now I'm just at the trying out raw denim stage.you might want to size down 1 more if the thighs fit ok, and apc really isn't that great. you should get a pair of railcar when you are ready to spend $200 on denim.
alright, thanks for the railcar tip, but back to the WGseh maybe, but that isn't .25 since it will be double sided, you are looking for them to stretch a half of an inch. you might want to go with the 31 and just wear a belt if things get too loose.
the thighs on the jeans that I am wearing right now are around 12 inches (33 waist), and i like them. the jeans i just got (levis) have a 32 waist and a 11.5 thigh. their a little tight tho. the WGs in 31 have a 11.75 thigh according to BlueOwl. that seemed like a pretty happy medium, and if nothing else it would stretch at least a little bit, like .25 of an inch in the thighs. seem right?
