Those aren't Elephants, or at least they shouldn't be. Elephant 1s were 19oz

I am debating whether I should soak mine or not. What do you guys usually do?

I am wearing the broken twill and have been wearing my denim for just over a year.

I think soaking after a year is a good deal.
It also depends on how much/hard you've been wearing them but the "1 year" mark is pretty good, imho.

I got those 28 SGs.
I usually wear a 30 so I took a big chance sizing down 2.
Luckily my true waist is like 29.5, so it's not crazy bad.
Snug is the best word, not a struggle to button.
Lucky I like my jeans tighter than most.
Pretty sure in a month or two they'll stretch to perfection.
Pics when I get a chance.

I got a pair of Frankenstein 2s. I would describe the color as dark grey with a shade of light brown. Up close the fabric looks to interesting to stare at, and from afar it will appear to other people as just a dark grey jean. I'm curious as to how these will fade.

Ah yeah, I do remember them. I'd give them a lukewarm soak.

yup! but if you want even more precise (because there is usually a little variation even within the same model of jeans from pair to pair) contact jay at blueowl

They will ask you to measure your favorite pair of jeans and then they will make a recommendation based off of that. I don't know how precise the charts are, but if you follow Jay's instructions when you measure he will get you something that fits. He's done it for me, and two of my friends. All are happy.

Jay is usually spot on. You can also always e-mail me at alex@tateandyoko.com if you need measurements on a specific pair or size.

Yes, BO has legit measurements. But remember each pair of the same wash/fabric can vary by .25 of an inch..hopefully no more than that.

But if there's a precise measurement you want they can measure each pair for you to find the one that's the closest to what you're looking for

You don't really need to soak the elephant 2 since the denim is sanforized, but it does help get them a little softer

lol you tryin too hard. relax your ass and smoke a bowl...decent fitting actually fit on your waist not falling off the ass....nothing to do with the leg opening... If you gotta size up two on skinny guys you should have just gone with wg's or slim guys...thats all i was sayin mr. pin0y
