just received my skinny guy deep indigos and i went with a size 32. I recently exchanged them for my 30's from last time and they fit way better. Everything fits perfectly, although im scared that it might just get too loose?

EDIT: Right when i got them i was able to button all the buttons.

Also, how long does it take for them to stretch? I'd really like to be able to button all the buttons soon haha.

not at all, I love the weirdguy (just wish it had a higher rise) and prefer it over the skinny guy personally, and I'm a 29 as well. Just make sure you size down according to how you want it to fit.. If you want it skinner try 2 down, if slim and fitted then 1 down. Weirdguy is sort of like a more relaxed skinnyguy cuz you have some room in the thigh area, which I prefer.

Just get the 28 from a place that will let you return them for a full refund if they don't fit razz

Barney's will give you 30 days if they are an exclusive there - problem solved :D

^Saw them today at my local barney's; the denim seemed pretty nice, but I think the indigo weft & weave is a bit too much (imo). We'll just have to see when the fading properties show. What I did like was the metallic-almost-like samurai selvedge, that was a sick detail. These remind me of pbj's xx-007, so maybe it'll fade alike.

They do even hand delivery if you buy many pairs. but i could not get it cuz i was living outside city sad

I doubt that rumor is true. The Japan Heritage denim is lighter in weight than the denim used in any of Samurai's models that I know of.

It could be Oni denim. Oni denim is as slubby and loosely woven as Samurai denim, possibly even more so, and the weight of most Oni denim is similar to the weight of the Japan Heritage denim. Plus, since N&F is doing that collab with Oni right now, it's possible that they got this denim from the same source that Oni does.

However, I've never seen Oni or Samurai, for that matter, do a sanforized denim jean before, and AFAIK, the Japan Heritage model is sanforized. So, I think it's doubtful that they got the denim directly from Oni, but maybe they did their own order of sanforized stuff from the mill that makes denim for Oni.
