i find 511's fit differently depending on the wash. i have 511's that are all cotton which are very tight in the waist while i have ones that contain spandex which have loosened a lot. i wear 30's in the 511's and i got a 30 in the weirdguy deep indigo. i tried the 29s but they were super tight (sort of fitting like this: www.onsomevs.com/v1/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=135:setting-the-store-straight-on-selvage-denim&catid=48:twerkle-&Itemid=73 ...which is very tight for weirdguys).

the top block of the weirdguys will be a tiny bit looser than your 511s if you size the same. hope that helps.

when it comes to stretching, i have experienced hardly any with both of my n&f's (black skinnyguy and deep indigo weirdguy).

although i read from time to time people saying their jean stretching out. so... i dunno what to tell you. all i know is from my own experience there is hardly any stretching. just get the same size as you would in your 511's.

From my experience, I wore my weird guys and there was hardly any stretching. I sized down 2 razz. Dunno if I should wear longer, but these dont stretch much

the khaki denim that's on their site (the weirdguy.. labeled as "army denim") is from way back fall2008.. the only place i'd seen it was showroom on queen in toronto, but its been long gone.

the selvedge chinos (slimguy cut) are new and you can get them from BiG as Unregistered said, and at sydney's on queen in toronto. i believe holts has them as well.

The 21oz are worth coppin if u don't mind the thickness, which could be a buzz kill in the summer. I personally rock a pair, and was not really impressed at first, but after working them in i now totally dig the fit (I think because of the thickness of the denim, it takes a bit longer to settle). The fit is straight leg, so if you are looking for something more fitted, dont cop.

Also, I just picked up skinny guys in indigo, sized up two. Fits like a beast

ive had my fair share of 15oz+ denim and already used to wearing them during summer. its the fit/ shrinkage im worried about.

well you shouldn't be washing them anyway, so I wouldn't worry about shrinkage
there is no doubt that this pair of jeans will fit certain body types better than others.
i'll post fit pics if that helps.
