I got the SlimGuy chinos from plndr and I might've gotten the wrong size. FML.

According to Tobi:

* 35" actual waistband
* 35.5" inseam
* 11" front rise
* 15" back rise
* 25" at upper thigh
* 18" at the knee
* 16.5" at the leg opening

Measured on a size 32, dimensions may vary with size.


Is that for real? I'm a natural 32 and I got 32s. Going by their measurements which is 3'' bigger than the marked waist I should've gotten a 29 confused

Yeah, soaking isn't necessary, but you can do it if you want, and there are benefits and drawbacks to soaking with N&F. The benefits are that you'll get the starch out and hydrate the fabric, which will make the jeans last longer and wear slower. The drawbacks are that you will lose the initial sheen on the denim, and your fades might not be as high contrast without the starch. So it's up to you, there's good and there's bad doing either.

I pre soaked my broken twills and they're fading pretty good for 2 months. Somehow my stacks on the inside of my leg always fade real fast.

Slim Guys run about 2 sizes big. If your true waist is 32" and you bought a size 32, these will be really loose on you.

I'd check.. KIX in SouthCentre/CrossIron or HoltRenfrew in TDsquare. I went on a N&F hunt when I was visiting lol not sure about the release though.

i think the same. make the same fabrics and oz of denim for the skinny guys, that are used for the weird ones. i would love to see skinnys in 21 oz like the weird guys a few pages back( the faded ones) or even 24 like the BiG weird guys , if im not mistaken.

Long time lurker, first post.

Just got my elephants in 32 slim guys, sized down 2, originally a 34. I'm 6ft, 215 lbs

It took me a long time to button, very painful experience with my thick thighs, but its getting much better now. Jean are stubborn and they put my nuts (lol) in a vice. Denim feel indestructible. Will be interesting to see how they will fade in the future.
