Yea, it wasn't too hard.

Dec 09, 2009 @ 18:04
Wsup wsup, you can tell it fits loose in the ass but it doesn't bother me.

Those look pretty dayum good, not gonna lie.

@brandohnn *IC findme.

Dec 09, 2009 @ 20:21
yeah lose in the ass is what I'm going for, I have some skulls sz. 29 and I can't take the tightness... whats your wt. ht. and size on these?
Dec 09, 2009 @ 20:25
145lbs, 5'11", Sz. 29 (True Waist 30).

Dec 09, 2009 @ 21:56
omg now i'm even more tempted to start my pair... that is the PERFECT fit... and i sized the same way you did (down 1) so hopefully mine will fit me almost if not exactly the same as yours... btw, when you first started wearing them AFTER the hot soak, could you button all the way or they stretched? bc i read on Sufu that they hardly stretch, which sorta worries me bc i can button these up alright now, but i have a feeling after the soak i won't be able to
Dec 09, 2009 @ 22:20
Thanks, if I remember, after the soak, I only had problems with the top button. Although, because I sized down there was more tension for stretching so they stretched out perfectly to my waist allowing me to button all of them. You should be fine, wear them a bit damp, it is easier to stretch them. Also, the denim is extremely stiff after drying, my denim is still incredibly stiff even with time of wear I am at.

Dec 09, 2009 @ 22:23
ya i can only imagine... mine are still brand new, and they can almost stand up on their own... i cant even imagine what these are gonna be like after the soak... i'm willing to do w.e it takes to get them to look as good as some of the ones i've seen on Sufu... imo, no denim is as durable or fades as well as Eternals do
Dec 10, 2009 @ 01:08
did you move the tab on the coin pocket?

sorry i aint familiar with eternals, but you're sayin that the tab comes on the coin pocket and tech moved it to the back pocket? please explain. lol
Dec 10, 2009 @ 01:49

Dec 10, 2009 @ 02:26

Yea, I took a seam ripper and ripped it out from the coin pocket, stitched it, then ripped out a segment of the backpocket and slipped the tab under there and sewed over it.

Dec 10, 2009 @ 08:16
tech, youre the fucking man son lol real talk
Dec 11, 2009 @ 01:13
nice fit
Dec 13, 2009 @ 15:31
tech the whiskers will be immaculate on those. just made my next purchase decision a bit harder.
Dec 13, 2009 @ 15:45
Thanks bro, they're fading really slowly, but its awesome to see that electric blue starting to seep through the denim.

Dec 13, 2009 @ 21:09
I'm thinking about asking for a pair of these for chirstmas, Blue in green offers a hemming service should I just take the 36 inseam and let them stack or get them hemmed.
Dec 13, 2009 @ 21:11
^^^ are you talking about the O/W or the Raws?
Dec 13, 2009 @ 22:18

864s and their infamous low rise. I've had them for a while, maybe just under a year of continuous wear. Many crotch blowouts, snags, a few holes from falling out of or off of things, etc etc.

gramps from SUFU... Eternal denim fades the best
Dec 13, 2009 @ 22:56
^^^ are you talking about the O/W or the Raws?

Whatever ones are on blueingreen, I'm a noob.
Dec 14, 2009 @ 01:32
They have both lol, the one wash is 36 inseam, raw is 39 inseam

Dec 14, 2009 @ 05:17
Which would you suggest?^
Dec 14, 2009 @ 18:48
Raw of course blushing

Dec 14, 2009 @ 19:18
^^^ agreed :D
Dec 14, 2009 @ 21:06
How soft are the non raws? And thanks for the help guys
Dec 14, 2009 @ 22:17
^ i felt them at BiG, they were still pretty firm, but the raws are like cardboard... go with the raws, O/W's are no fun
Dec 14, 2009 @ 22:36

Thanks , I think I'll go with the raws, I might get them hemmed to a 31 though.
Dec 14, 2009 @ 22:39
fuckkkkkkk that... then there's no point of them being a BiG exclusive... i'm short (5 foot 8/9ish) and im just going for the superstax
Dec 14, 2009 @ 23:10

Don't forget to take into account that after a hot wash/soak the inseam will shrink anywhere from 2" to 3".

Dec 15, 2009 @ 10:30
Do I have to hot soak?
Dec 15, 2009 @ 10:49
you dont HAVE to but it will get the maximum amount of shrinkage out
Dec 15, 2009 @ 11:43
The raw and one wash are the same thing for all essential purposes. Once you soak your jeans and waste a good bit of time with the soaking, you'll realize that you have pretty much the same thing as the one wash. I would recommend going for the one/wash because for somebody who is new to this like you, its much easier than to predict shrinkage and how they will fit for the raw. I purchased the raw version of these jeans, but simply for novelty purposes and because they didn't have my size in the o/w. You definitely want to hem these jeans. They are not the quintessential slim jean and are based off of a vintage (67') cut. Having that much stacking and having very slim just accentuates the fact that they are very roomy in the top block, and decently slim. They're not that small in the hem, so lots of stacking makes them look sloppy. Technique has a great fit on these, not the average 811 fit, but still nice. But, they do look sloppy because of the length, and a hem would look much better. What I would do is hem to +2 of your true inseam to account for any further possible shrinkage and to have a bit of stacking. Besides that, they're a great jean, you'll really see the difference between them and what you were wearing before.
