Thanks, I don't sag, I keep them just below or on my hip bone, so its just a bit low. Just daily shit like walking and having a job does the trick, hold out for a wash so they set in nicely.

If you're sizing down 3 in New Standards then you went get a fit like that with a straight legged jeans like the Eternals...or you can always size down one and then taper/hem it.

Don't bother getting the 811 if your looking for that kind of fit, your better off buying the 883 but have to buy it through a proxy.

Right now I'm not happy with the fit on my Eternals (I find that they flare too much at the bottom). I sized down 1 from a 29->28. I have the opportunity to trade them for a 1.5 month old pair of Lot 12 Sam 710's (28...sizing down 1).

Would I achieve a better fit (no flaring at the bottom) with the Sams than the Eternals?

you would definitely avoid flare because 710s have a taper to them. a better fit tho? thats personal preference but it sounds like they might be more to your liking

Anyone with any updates lately? I'm aproaching the 7 month mark on mine but these are still stubborn to fade, although they've definitely lost a considerable amount of indigo. Technique, you must be coming up on 11 months. I'm sure you're holding out on pictures until the 1 year mark, but a teaser perhaps?

At the rate these shit's take to fade, I might make the choice to go 2 years instead of my original plan of 1. I still have 5 more months to go in these, but over all, the jeans are definitely much much darker than I expected them to be after almost 7 months. And after some of the results I've seen on Sufu of pairs worn for 1.5-2 years, it may be worth it.

Real talk, those are like my holy grail of all denim. If you compare his 7 month pictures to my pair at 7 months, it's like night and day.

Word, I'm not even at that status yet, but I've only gone through one wash so far with about 10 months of wear? I don't even remember anymore. The stitching on the back pockets have gone pretty wild but I hand stitched it back so it could hold up for now..good looks on the fits/evos guys

im kind of just blabbering but i love the color on eternals so much. i just wish they had a more tapered model. the 811 is dope, but its not exactly my cup of tea...and i feel like having them altered is blasphemous lol i gotta decide whether to pull the trigger or not

They have the 883 which is a cut even slimmer than the 811. From What I can tell by pictures (and this is just a guess because I've never personally tried on a pair of 710's), the 811 is the 710 without the taper (if that makes senseconfused. The 883 is slimmer than the 811, but in my opinion is a bit awkward looking because the front and back rise are the same as that of the 811.

i'd say the 710 and the 811 cuts are verrry close. i guess since my eternals haven't been fully broken in yet, the extra .25-.5 inches isn't apparent (denim not sitting as loose). but id say that after having the 710s for quite some time, i am in no way disappointed with the 811 cut.

traCk you wear plenty of visvims right? if anything the 811s will cover just a tad bit more of the bulky ankle area of most visvim models. i think it'll do a lot more proportion wise when wearing boots, wallabees and other "big" shoes.

the 883 cut seems way too close to the apc new cures imo.

techh that fit is niceee.
