Im on rakuten looking at skulls, samurais, and flat heads, and the sizing charts are different than the ones at blue in green and self edge.

on the blue in green size chart for the samurai 710xx , it says the size marked 34 has a waist of 36
blueingreensoho.com/site/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=2578&category_id=&manufacturer_id=10&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=28
but the chart at rakuten says that it has a waist of 86 cm..converted to inches thats about 34.

and then for the flathead 3001 jean, the selfedge measurement says that the size 34 has a waist of 35
www.selfedge.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=68&products_id=201
and then rakuten says it has a waste of 84 cm which is like 33 inches i think. im confused as hell. so could someone clear this up for me?

which size chart is right?

Many Rakuten shops sell their jeans in a one-wash state, some even do the washing themselves.
Most destory the denim by doing this one-wash because they wash the jeans in hot water in industrial washers then dry them on high in industrial dryers.

does 2nd do this?

Depends on the brand, if they're giving you measurements that are smaller than what you'd expect they're probably one-washed.
This is pretty common in Japan, even at physical retail stores...
