purchased and worn 4/21/11.. how many more months would anyone say for there first soak? I wear these literally all the time, sleeping, work, under my scrubs, everywhere! thanks!

anyone interested to trade these for 666 IH fit?

hi everyone. looking to get some ironhearts. need new heavier winter denim.

i measured my APC NS and went with their sizing chart. wondering how to size now because what i measured is not really close to any of their sizes....looking for probably just the 634s.
my measurements...
waist 34
front rise 10.25-10.5
thigh 11.5-12
knee 8
rear rise 13
inseam 33.5
hem 7

the thing i do not like about my APCs was the thigh area was too tight always and i never had full range of movement in my legs with them.

any help would be appreciated.

With those measurements, the 634 is def not the cut u want, you should look at the 666 fit. I dont think i know of any jean from IH that will give u a low 7 hem at a 34 waist

I'm gonna go against the 666 fit, only because you mentioned thigh room. I have the 666 fit and the thigh area is pretty tight, but then again I went TTS rather than sizing up one.

I'm gonna go against the 666 fit, only because you mentioned thigh room. I have the 666 fit and the thigh area is pretty tight, but then again I went TTS rather than sizing up one.

I went up a size for my 301s and the only problem i have with them is that they tend to loosen up really quick since i soaked them the 2nd day i bought them. So before i go out i frequently have to throw them in the dryer just to get that skinny fit. They look nice, fades are setting in... not sure when to wash since the last time was 24 weeks ago

They're actually quite a bit slimmer but these jeans are fucking awesome. Never owned such a quality pair of jeans.

went into selfedge yesterday and tried a couple pairs of jeans

can anyone who owns the 301s confirm with me if this is correct?
The 301s barely shrinks at all (due to it being a sanforized denim)
it does NOT need an initial soak

i know its supposed to stretch a lot in the waist, it i tried it on and it fit me perfectly
how much does it stretch by if you have a perfect fit?

is the leg opening big enough to wear clarks desert boots?
ABOUT what should i hem to? (6 ft 168 lbs, size 33 in question)
i wear a size 33 x 32 in levis 511 for reference

Get the size that fits u perfectly, if u wear a belt the waist isnt gonna stretch as much since the belt is stopping that. How do you have a 32 inseam at 6ft tall??? And since ur able to buy at self edge in person you could just ask the ppl working there, they would be the best to ask.

one last question:
it says in the descripton for the 301s that the outer seam selvedge is invisible
i forgot to check what that looked like, can anyone quickly snap a close-up picture of the cuff
so I can see?

301s don't have selvedge. It is made of selvedge denim but the seam has no visible selvedge.

i went into SE today and tried on some 301s. i sized down 1 cuz they said itd stretch an inch and a half in the waist, and 3/4 in the thigh...and if thats true...itd be perfect. can anyone verify? i can button it all the way...but the top is pretty tight on me. and how long do they take to fade with fairly regular wear...5-7 days a week.
