Nudies Tube Kelly Rinsed(once)Strikey. Worn on and off for a year. I went to school during the week where I had to wear uniform so it was a bit of a struggle to get these to fade. Luckily I skated a lot during the weekends or went to parties that I can't remember that increased fading. I've washed them a few times now, they don't seem to be fading anymore. The threads on the patch gradually got too loose and I had to rip the rest of it off. Probably retiring thise, next year I can wear denim all around the clock so I'll start off fresh with something heavier.

Go to the evolution of denim post to see how they were originally.

these are crazy!

I wouldn't try fading grey jeans, I'd just wear em frequently for a long time, but not every day

Hey guys! Random question. How long have you guys found that nudies take to relax/stretch nicely? I just bought mine and they're at the standard snug fit right now, but I wanna be able to start abusing them soon by break dancing in them haha. Let me know what you guys think!

hey, so i am new to raw denim but really want to get some Nudies, and was wondering what to get/how to size.

my favorite jeans right now are Levi’s 511
waist: 33
inseam: 32
rise: 9
thigh: 13
knee: 8.5
opening: 8

(I used http://blueowlworkshop.blogspot.ca/2010/01/blue-owl-measuring-guide-denim.html to measure them)
they are slightly tapered, and a tiny bit loose, I can fit two fingers the long way in the waist, but they are pretty comfy. I kinda want a tapered look, so i was thinking Slim Jimm, but then maybe i thought somethin else, I dunno. what do you all think?

You should try the Tight Long Johns sized down 1. I have had 511's as well and those are about 2 sizes bigger than my Nudies. Stay with 1 size down to be safe. They are pretty comfy, and as opposed to many people will say they fit great and aren't that tight. I'm 5'8 145 and I'm wearing mine comfortably in a size 29 with a 31 inch waist.

Okay, so I have some orange selvedge Nudie's, been wearing them about 3-4 times per week since Christmas, they are a little loose around the knees so I want them a bit slimmer; will washing them soon achieve this, or will they only shrink 3-5%? I want honeycombs but a nice deep indigo colour and a slimmer fit, can anyone help please? Never been soaked or washed, will soaking help for what I want? 1st pair of raws.

What model are you wearing? Washing will most likely do the trick no matter the model.

Sharp Bengt. What about the dye? How much will they fade? Am I correct in thinking if I wash them now they will stay darker for longer, than if say I washed them in 3 months? I know they will get lighter after the first wash, but I mean if I wash them now will they stay darker in the long run?
