Defiantly lower. I still dig cuts like SJ and Grims but yeah, APCs and Imperial are def on a different level when it comes to quality of materials.

Oh I guess. Nudie has so much more fits colors etc. I think im gunna get a nudie.

Do i stay true to size on Slim Jim and Grim Tim and Thinn Finn? (what are the diff between those 3 anyway) and what are Even Steven?

General rule for Nudie is size down 1 I believe. Slim Jims are a slim straight cut, so they don't taper at all. Grim Tims are sort of like Jims in the thighs, but then taper down below the knee. The Finn's are slim the whole way down through the leg, and taper from the knee down. They also have a low yoke so dropped pockets make you look like your saggin when your not really.

Could i buy Slim Jims and have a tailor taper them? Or is that too dangerous or something?
Or should i just go with Grim Tims. Or even thinn finns? Because i want nice stacks, yet tapered, and being tapered will develop stacks more, and i can wear them with van authnetics and chucks.

Only thinn finns out of these 3 have low yoke right?

Yeah, only the finns have the dropped pockets / low yoke. If I were you I'd just go with the Finns or Tims if you want stacks. Jims don't really look too good stacked, leg opening is too wide. I say if your skinny enough, get Finns, they are an awesome cut. But if your fat, please don't. Otherwise, if you want a slightly looser but still tapered silhouette, go with the Tims. Theres nothing better than going into a store and trying them all on and deciding for yourself though.

Well if you have the amount of money to spend on imperials, there are a grip of other choices, such as Warehouse, Skull Jeans, Pure Blue Japan, Dry Bones, Somet, etc. Look around at other brands, some of them have really nice craftsmanship and fading properties.

I been wanting a pair of thin finns, but consdering the fact that the yoke is low, doesnt that mean You cant lift your knee?> I tried on a pair and it was pretty bad unless they stretch out alot O_O and you do leg squats

The low yoke just means that the backpocket area is lower than usual and it gives a somewhat effect of making it look like you have them sagged.

sorry for being a newb but
Grim Tim Dry Stretch Selvage vs. Grim Tim Dry Organic

is it worth anything to get one or the other?

Warehouse 660, they are plain but the fit and fading is really spot on, I think its 220$. Skull 6x6 denim is really nice as well, about 245$. The dry bones slim models are nice but I think they are a bit more stubborn to fade. Also you can check out the markets (HB & SUFU), you can find some nice deals on more costly denim for lower prices like flathead and samurai.

Well the Grim Tim's are selvage and not many nudie models come with selvage. The Organics are just organic cotton and maybe have the white stitching (can't remember)
