Shearer's came about 30 minutes ago. Mad tight at the minute, so having to wear them a little higher than I normally would. Had to use my mad ninja skills to button up all 4 buttons, definitely liking them though :D

Keep? or Send back to Kiya?

How is the stretching going on those?
Fit nice yet?

They've stretched quite abit now, so I can finally where them comfortably just above the hips. Hopefully they'll stretch a little more in the coming weeks so I can use my front pockets

but otherwise there great. Roomy in the thighs, still hug my lower leg, ok stacking. Think I might actually enjoy wearing these for a year, unlike my last jeans <_<

Will get a fit pic up in 2 weeks when they've reached a month old.

ok, im planning on buying some dukes. i have read most of the replies and just wanted to double check on this.
i bought the slim jims in a 30 and they fit quite comfortably, shall i get a 30 or 31 in the dukes
any help is appreciated

i'd just go 1 down if i were you.

actually he really is only going down 1. a tagged 31 measures 32, as shown on self edge.

i went for a 30 and its around 34" where i sit my jeans. measures around 33.5" soo a little snug but yeah just saying he'll be fine.

Have a local tailor sew it up, it'll be quick and only cost a few dollars and save you with the hassle of a larger repair later.

pretty sure those pics are stolen from the self edge website. if you want a legit check, ask the seller for tagged pics of the pair he has. i dont think you really have anything to worry about regarding authenticity though.

wow i always thought shearers were thinner but according to self edge's measurements, dukes are slimmer.

actually nvm its kinda a toss up. dukes have slimmer thighs, but shearers have a small leg opening.
