hey i wanted to get some imperials and i was wondering which ones fit like the nudies average joes?? cause i like that fit and i really dont want anything tighter at the leg opening.. would the dukes be ok or do they fit tighter at the leg opening?? thankyou

After looking around at Imperial for a bit, I feel like Nudies are on some welfare shit. These jeans are beautiful. Where are the deals at? Anyone selling? And where is there a lot of fit pics (not models, actual real dudes rockin them) ?

Anybody got input on the shearer's fit? I wear nudie slim kims and i wanted to get a pair of imperials for my next denim, but the rise is kinda putting me off. The slim kim's rise is 8 whereas the shearer's are 12. I won't be anywhere near SF for a couple months to try them on. If anyone's around 5'7 with fit pics, i'd greatly appreciate some pictures.

does anyone have a sized up picture of shearers

i want a fit kind of like the even stevens but i dont want the dukes because the leg opening is to big for my liking since i have skinny legs

what do you guys think?

I have even stevens and I went for SExI04s, it's a little slimmer all the way down but they end up stretching and the fit ends up looking a lot better. And since you have skinny legs it will be all good.

i wear 30 in ES nudies and 31 in APC NS

im 6' and i only weigh like 150

i have really skinny legs so i dont think the duke will work because of the calf and leg opening

what do you guys recommend i was thinking imperials or skulls

i see that the SExI04 are slimmer....i kinda want the looser look NOt to lose but not the slim look like in the picture, so the shearer would be the better choice?

i also like the yellow stitching more than the black

shearers are roomier in the thighs but are still slim/skinny below the knee. its a slim fit but not too slim, but then again it largely depends on your body shape and how much you size down/up.

just check out the selfedge website for measurements

not really. although the shearers have a narrower leg opening, they're only slimmer towards the bottom. the dukes are a fair bit snugger in the thighs and imo have an overall slimmer silhouette.
The shearers higher rise along with the roomier thighs give a generally more relaxed fit. the slimmer bottom means you can also go up a size without the leg openings getting too big.

i think those jeans in the pic are a size 29 or 30 and sidney normally wears a 28. i would definitely take 04s over dukes. my dukes drag on the ground if i wear them with authentics and i hate when jeans do that.

i think imperials are sanforized so theres no need to soak them...dont quote me though

Yeah dude, my dukes would do that on only one of the legs and that shit would piss me off. 04's are a much better decision

Alright after much postal confusion, i got my Dukes today. I ended up going with a 31 waist. However, they are pretty loose at the waist, probably 1 size too big. The thing is i find that the thigh area is already tight as it is so returning for a size down might make matters worse. Also since they are a bit big on the waist this is (yes i know this is stupid of me to be asking this) but im having a hard time figuring out where they should rest. Since theyre big when i sit the back is just wide open at the waist All in all i think im having some regrets about them and not sure if theres anything i can do to avoid having to return them. Any comments or help would be appreciated.
