is narrowing the leg opening of jeans a common practice among tailors or is it even possible? i want the opening on my skulls to be a bit smaller since they're pretty baggy for my narrow feet and shoes i wear.

and also, is there a term for "narrowing the leg opening?"

So, hopefully i will receive my skulls in a day or two. Is there any steps I should take before I wear them? I heard that I should soak them? is it necessary and will my combs/whiskers shift dramatically if I soak/wash for the first time later?

thanks guys!

Sanforized and treated, but less so than other sanforized jeans. Thats why they start at +1 of tagged waist size and why there's a one wash version. I would give skull a pre-soak especially because they're extremely stiff when raw.

it depends on the person I myself enjoyed the super stiffness but now there softer from regular wear
I actually feel like cold soaking them to get them super stiff again lol

I also got skulls in last night. 5010xx 6x6 size 34. Originally I ordered 32s but way too small. So I went up 2 sizes and they fit nicely now. I didn't soak, just wore them. Kind of stiff but I like it.

Cold soak will stiffen them just for a regular wear or so. It will decrease the tightness of the warp, thus making the jeans more soft with wear. I said that I would soak them before wearing them.

Black 5010's

run smaller

soo that doesnt help at all, im pretty sure

Also I think BiG's measurements are more accurate
I compared my 28 indigo skulls and BiG was closer than Selfedge for mine

Every pair is different tho

Inital Soak???
Hey i just bought a pair of 5507 and was wondering what the general consensus was for giving a hot soak?
Right now, the stacks are bit sloppy and i'm not sure if they'll settle
