Thing is, the 5010BK are on BiG for $210...And theyre on selfedge for $245. but the only size they have left in raw on BiG is 33 in the BK. I'm a 34 so it'd work out but I'm not copping til 2 weeks from now so its gonna come down to whether BiG is sold out or not.

Kiya, any info regarding why the 5010BK on BiG goes for cheaper?? Just askin

^they look a lot better. thinking about soaking mine as well!

regarding the soaking, a stupid question, I know the best way to soak jeans is in a bathtub, but as I don't have one nor does any of my friends, would a large bucket be ok as well? also, should I do a hot or really really hot soak? noob questions.sad

^those look a lot better comikazi

and for soaking...it doesnt really matter, i wore mine while i soaked them so i had to do it in a bathtub, they key is just not to disturb the denim too much while they are soaking or they will lose alot of extra indigo. and depends on how much you want them to shrink, i wouldnt really recommend a really hot soak

also if you have 5010xx 6x6, don't do a hot soak because you wont be able to wear them after they come out... that was a cold soak and I've been wearing them for 2 days and still can't button them like I could before so just beware that if your skulls fit close already imo, you should NOT do a hot soak and be weary of doing a warm one.

i did a warm soak on my 5010 black raws and they came out nice and snug. but yeah, don't do a warm soak if you already like the original fit.

Those are ill, Lin...having tested out the quality of Skulls, do you think it'd be a good idea to copp the 5010 in BK? or would I get bored of trying to age them...?

^ black denim is usually harder to fade, so you might get bored of them, but the fit is definitely on point.

Word thanks. I really want blue ones but all they got is black in stock or either sold out everywhere. I might just go with the black. Also selfedge says they stretch so why not size down to accommodate?

yea restock wont be coming in till october i believe..no one knows hows the black 5010xx fade..yet

because you'll regret it, and your testiclez will too, once it stretches out it, it will only be to a comfortable stand point so it wont be like saggy, youll be fine

^ i'm in the same position as you g...Except I want the black ones cause I'm working on my APCs that are indigo and I don't want to pairs of indigo in rotation. It's safe to say I'm going to beat the FUCK out of the 5010BK and update y'all with info. I'm copping in like 2 weeks when I get paid

^yes. DO NOT SIZE DOWN you will regret it unless you like your whole entire lower body to suffocate. true to size or one up for more comfort

i never understood spending 250-300$ on black denim...they are too damn hard to match but i guess if you have the bread and are gonna use them in rotation.

lol I barely have the bread duke, I'm not even sure why I'm getting them...on BiG theyre 210 and on selfedge theyre 245 so I might just save a little dough and get the 5010 indigo 6x6 instead idk
