So my pair of hawaii 40400n's came in today and the ass part is freakin huge, i got a bag of air where my ass is supposed to be at, and i'm not a small dude. should i soak in hot water and just hope it shrinks? anybody else have this problem?
Need help finding a reasonably priced pair of SC 2009's, too expensive on Selfedge.
your not going to find reasonably prices sugarcanes. As far as i know theyre at Self Edge and BiG. And self edge prices are always fair. So good luck with that one. You could get them slightly cheaper overseas, but thats a hassle when dealing with duty charges an shit like that.

sorry about reviving this thread, but i thought it'd may be the right section to put my question in. im actually looking for a specific pair of sugar canes, i once saw them on a denim blog somewhere but i cant find them anymore. they didnt look like typical raw or one wash jeans, the colour was actually blue, light-blueish, because they were made out of a special fabric. they really looked nice and very special compared to other ordinary selvage jeans. maybe some of you can help me out. thanks
Oh yeah. Good point. Anyone have pros and cons on quality/build? I want to get some higher quality denim. I just purchased some APC NS. And I like them very much. They fit slim and still getting stretched out( only had them for a few days) I took measurments and wanted to go just Tad bit bigger. And the Sexsc06 look just about right. Any feedback would be great. Thnx

They're constructed very well and are rather lighter in weight and looser in weave, so they breathe pretty well. Denim is slubby, rough, and hairy; a new specimen if you haven't experienced anything aside from APC's. They do however, have a considerable amount of natural cotton stitching, so it won't last as long as the more common poly cotton stitching. Go true to size or down one. Find yourself between sizes, get the smaller size, these will stretch.

Well I like the rigid toughness of raw denim. And you said they are more lighter. And u stated they won't last as long due to more natural cotton they use. So I will pass for right now. Might snatch them up after trying out the rest just to see whAt the diffrence is.

Well u got some sugar canes after all. But I couldn't pass on the price. I got the 1947 cut. Those are tuff denim. Measurements where kinda big but I soaked them in hot water for like 2 hours. And they shrank almost exactly .5 like the sites usually say. Would like to shrink the thighs a bit more so I might throw them in the dryer for a lil bit. Will report my updates. And these are 34/34 and they are true 17 inch waist. So I didn't soak the waist or I wouldn't fit into them lol

Update. Had to soak the waist and up part of pants. They shrank to 16.5 in waist. But once I wore them they went back to 17.5 thighs shrank to a 12.5 but stretched back to 13.0 the fit is nice I'm starting to like them. And the denim was like cardboard after 2nd soak love it.
I have been trying to wear my scanes as Mitch as I can. The fit is good I like it. The only complaint is waist is pretty damn tight. If I would have gotten bigger waist the fit would be to baggy. I'm sure te waist will stretch a bit after some use. And I noticed these pants give the appearance that u have an ass. I have a flat ass and te pants have a round profile that kind of pokes out. When I first soaked I didn't soak the top portion. And when I tried it on the rear part was extended ourwards and It looked like the diaper ass look that most talk about. But after the 2nd soak of the whole pant, it shrunk to a good porportion. Just throwing shot out there since there is hardly any info on the canes
