I'm a pretty short guy, about 5" 3, and I wear a 32 x 28 (or maybe even a little shorter) but it's impossible to find jeans in this size. Gap is the only place I can think of that has jeans in this size. I'm forced to buy jeans at 32 x 30 sometimes, but those are too long. You guys know of any brands or places that have jeans in this size?

i take it you don't stack your jeans then? cuz i'm short too (about 5'4''-5'5'') and my inseams are usually 32'' or 34'' and they look fine. i don't believe any of the premium denim manufacturers produce 32x28 measurements. in fact, most higher end jean companies only produce jeans in one or two different inseams and just list a waist measurement as the size tag. i say search around for a good tailor and just get them hemmed if you want a 28'' inseam. levi's might make some in a 28 too.

Whoops, I meant 30 inseam. What does it mean to stack anyways? I assume it means to "scrunch" it up at the bottom.

youd be fine with a bigger inseam, you could even get away with a 34" inseam, just let it stack it looks good.

So what exactly is stacking? Scrunching it up around the kicks?

if you dont want some stacking get them 30" inseam.
If you dont want any, buy some 30", shrink them, then take them to the tailor and get them hemmed.
if you want alot of stacking get 34".... i'd like to see that actually lmao

lmao @ 34" inseam on someone who is 5'3''
That would look stupid as hell, especially if the denim is RAW. Oh man you guys are a bit excessive recommending that. the most I would go for is 30" if I was him. I'm 5'7'' and depending on the look I'm going for I'd wear either a 30 or a 32" inseam, I would not rock no 34 on any occasion.

how does bragging have anything to do with a tailor???? anyways you can always order from BiG they have free hemming or you can get nudies or something with a short inseam and then soak them

@Iggle - Have you looked at Peter Manning NYC for jeans? They not only carry jeans for 5'8 and under men but also carry other style options such as shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, polos and tees and chino pants. The jean sizes go to 29x27. I ordred jeans (29x27)from them and always get wonderful compliments from friends at parties. I don't even need to cuff them because the length drops down perfectly to my ankles. The brand just started out last year so I'd expect more options later in the year. Worth checking them out!

Getting your jeans hemmed is going to be your best option if you aren't a tall person.

Does anyone have any updated info on jeans for short men? The trouble with stacking is that it makes u look shorter; like you're wearing daddy's jeans! Haha! And hemming fixes the length, but the whole leg really needs to be modified to look nice.
I bought my husband some skinny jeans...they look nice but are they too feminine for a guy? They're mens jeans. Any advice would be appreciated. I have struggled for 20 years trying to find him some decent fitting jeans. Thanks!

there are choices that are fine hemmed. look into skinny/fitted jeans that already have a small leg opening so when you hem it, the opening doesn't become huge. APC Petit New Standards come into mind. They have a 33" inseam and a 6.5" leg opening which is really tight. When you hem it a few inches, the leg opening will still remain relatively small, so you won't need to redo the lower leg.
