...First one was about 6 months or so, then my second one was like 8th or 9th month cause I wanted them even more blue and faded. Just rock the FUCK out of them boys for at least 6, wash em in cold water for maximum dye loss then dry them in the sun. Since you're up north, wait til midway through summer-ish if youre just starting. I'm waiting til summer to give my Skulls their first cold wash

Actually washing in cold water refrains more indigo loss, doing a hot wash helps tighten the threads and becomes more easier to be agitate in water releasing more indigo

Really? I thought hot = shrinks/less indigo loss and cold = doesnt shrink/more indigo loss.

yea you got it mixed around for indigo loss, thats why some people soak in cold water to have less indigo loss and minimum shrinking, apcs still looking good though
