I don't get why you guys like your jeans looking worn and not fresh & new.

I'm totally oblivious to warm and cold washes before wearing them, but what is the affect on a new pair of jeans?

^most of these higher quality denim are unsanforized, and shrink after they touch water

so a soak before wear gets most of the shrinkage out of the way
