ok so the elephants are 19 oz so aren't going to stretch as much as a 15 oz but it still will stretch. if you look at your pic again, the ass part is already looking like a diaper and the thighs are already plenty loose. after like 6 months of wear the jean will stretch 1-2 sizes depending on how hard you wear them.
if i were you i would go down 2 sizes. if the waist barely fits when you size down, thats a good thing because then when it stretches out it will be your true waist and then the over all jean won't turn out like shit.
I did size down two. The indigos are 31 and the elephants are 29. I just have really small thighs and calfs cause i grew really fast in my legs from basketball
