ah ok thx. i wasnt sure becuz on the pic i saw from caliroots the hips looked extremely roomy(well for me at least) and that kinda scared me.

and to get my true size, i would need to buy one one of those..uhmm body rulers(sorry im not english, i forgot the wordsad) right? or can i simply get it at a shop like levi's?

just get a tape measure and wrap it around the part of ur waist the jeans hang at, tht'll b ur true size. tryin to find ur true size by tryin on different brands of jeans is pointless, cuz each brand has their own sizing

yea I was thinking that too but in Taiwan there's a lot of "fake but not fake" brands.
For example some stores sell Base Control but when I asked the store worker if it was fake or not he said that its not actual Base Control but it's not fake either because its a "completely different brand" that is called "Base Control" if that makes any sense. I feel skeptical because they sell these "brands" at Department stores which carry Edwin.
I also looked at the new Edwin look book and the style is noticeably different from the Edwin sold in Taiwan. Or Maybe I'm just trippin.

^well u start off by puttin one leg in first then the other and then u take care of the fly and then ur good..... jk

Just wear them like you normally would theres no special way to wear raw denim. If ur goin for fades keep them out of heavy rain and dont wear them in extreme heat so u dont stank them up. Basically u want to wear them for as long as u can before u have to wash them or soak them, and NEVER MACHINE DRY.

well, when it is hot, and jeans are slim fitting, creates friction, body heat and body sweat, ass sweat and body sweat is smelly. so if happens a lot, absorbs into denim.

machine wash inside out when you do to reduce indigo loss. hang dry when you do.

So i've decided on getting a pair of ''edwin ed35 loose rainbow selvage'' Just need some sizing advise. I'm a 32/32 in Levis should i stay the same in this Edwin model or size down to what?

dam...no replies since dec 08, but hopefully someone picks up on this...

i was tryna get a pair of the edwin sen skinny's, im kinda confused on whether they are raw or not, i get the feeling they're one-washed but there are quite a few sites that label it raw, dry denim

can someone clarify this for me? if they're one-washed, will they still fade well or would have most of the indigo been washed out already?
