ok im new and nearly clueless on a few things...

why is wearing the shit out of jeans the objective?

and...

im tired of people saying that "it dosent matter whether or not you buy a fake just because of some stupid little details, no one will carry a microscopic scope with them when they go out..."

and then they got the nerve to say that they look better in their fake shit than i do in my real shit...

anyway...give me some thoughts...and the part about the jeans is not a shot at anyone...im just curious...the fit threads are dope btw...

uhmmm wearing the shit out of them isnt so much the objective as it is getting a pair of raw and possibly selvedge denim, and breaking them in yourself so all the honeycombs and fading and small rips here n there come from actucal wear you dont buy them that way, and this guarantees you a nice pair of denim with a great look and feel, its not like cats want their shit to look like it came out of abercrombie
and everyone here will sympathize with you on the fake shit, no one here likes it so were not the people to address with that question
and as a sidenote, i dont need a microscopic scope, better known, and more easily typed as, microscope, to tell if something is fake

the work/physical activity doesnt really apply to me, i workout, obviously not in jeans, and the last physical work job was construction which im not wearing 200+ dollar nudies to get paint n cut up n shit, and my real job is a studio engineer so i get to sit in a room and make music lol

a lot of the people here think wearing their jeans out is going to eat or chillin at home with them on.

others and myself do actual work/physical activity in them, not for honeycombs, but because theyre jeans. someone said something along the lines of "you should be able to build a bridge in your jeans"

thats what i thought, but um, what the hell is a honeycomb?

denimandsole.com homie....actually its 700...and to pay 300 for a pair is still overkill to me...kicks or a jacket is understandable...and how in the flying fuck am i supposed to know what people buy and dont buy? all i know is that people drop a pretty penny on some denim and my ball park estimate was 600...."no one here pays $600 for jeans" what are you their mother? im not into e-beef and e-cussing and all the e-shit...so if u want to reply with shit go ahead and enjoy....

moving on...anyone here know if there is any quality demin i can find for under 300?

i think $300 on a pair of jeans is reasonable if you're willing to actually wear them everyday and wear them out, considering if you're would drop the same on some kicks and what not thats not worn as often.

I think investing in a good pair of denim is one of the best decisions you could make for clothing. Considering how long they last and the ammount of times I use my jeans.

It's up to the consumer what he/she buys. Say if they were to pay from $80-$1200, the important thing is that they pay for quality.

I know damn well a BBC tee shirt is not worth $100, even for its hype.

Some people like to have the worn in look. Fading, creases, rips, holes..
It's absolutely not fresh , but it shows more character.
