f310s or 1001s? they're not tapered, but fit slimmer.

lions don't lose sleep over the opinions of sheep.

Feb 05, 2009 @ 15:15
yeah...i was thinking about it. the f310's are only about an inch slimmer in the thighs...i was kind of wanting to fux with a different brand though...im still open to suggestions...
as far as quality and fades go its skulls>sammies right?

How much do the Samurai S710 shrink in the thigh post-soak (i assume about .5 inches) and how much will they stretch after several wears?

Beach Denim
whats the deal with that im heading down to cuba and im thinking about maybe bringing 2 pairs of raw denim down but
whats the point
and how does it work?
Feb 05, 2009 @ 19:17
Theres no really point to it, just another way to wash your jeans in a unique way.

Go to the beach with them worn, jump in the water, go back out rub sand on your jeans everywhere, then go back into the water to rinse it off and hang dry.
your jeans might smell a little weird though due to the natural chemicals of the sea

I got 2 pairs of jeans tapered and I'm looking for opinions on the fit. I was considering getting them hemmed, or just buying a new pair of jeans. Thoughts?

i wore my nudies TWO times in the snow...so in affect they were cold soaked...will that throw off the denim aging process?

Try to find 36 but a 34 should be fine, considering it shrinks about 2-3inches in the inseam (length)

If the denim drags and your getting rips easily then you should hem, if it doesn't effect you or the fit your ok.

I'm in need of some guidance.

I'm a little confused on which pair of APC's to get, considering I want a skinny/tight fit.
I'm about 5'8-9" & about 135 lbs. My waist is about 30-31.
Should I get New Cures or Petite Standards? And how much should I size down?

Thanks for your help anyone.

new cures and petites are almost close bother are tapered. New cures are slightly barely looser if you check the measurements. the rise is lower on the petites so itll give that tighter feel. With im not to fond with either models. But with petites and new cures dont size down more than two. Since you said you wanted a tight fit id say with either denim get 27.

hey, do you know any nice pair of light skinny denim. im sick of my dark deep indigo raw ones, and never seem to find a decent pair of light skinny jeans.
Feb 09, 2009 @ 12:49
^^

check out uniqlo t-000s, american apparel slacks, not exactly denim but it gets the job done. pacsun bullheads? levis 511s, grey APC new cures.

do you think these are the dior homme 19cm model??

i emailed him asking whether it was INCH or cm, and he replied saying that it was a "19 inch rise."

i am absolutely clueless when it comes with these terms, so what exactly does it mean??

also, do you think his asking price is worth it?

Hey I know this question may sound stupid but my APCs have been fitting a tad loose lately I wish they were a little tighter all over. Any ideas? Thanks and washing is fine with me if it'll do what I need.
Feb 09, 2009 @ 22:30
Hot soak 30minutes+ should do the job
