Samurai does this for you too I think. Most, and I mean most, Japanese companies have the best customer service.

More info on this anyone? I could use some material to patch up my sammys.

I really like the fit of APC new standards, but I don't like how they hold up to multiple washes. Would perhaps something they sell at Blue in Green offer a similar cut? Or am I going to have to buy some Diors?

From what I heard, Dior's aren't the greatest quality/construction either. People usually buy them because of the fit.

I guess you should follow Savag3's advice and go with Somets.

what do you all think about lucky brand jeans? A friend of mine recommended me these, and I have yet to try on a pair.

Hey guys I gotta quick question.

I'm wanting to soak my raw denim soon, and if I do soak it, does the soak shrink the inseam because I dont want it to get any skinnier than it is right now. I'm hoping to shrink just the waist part.

Any help is much appreciated~

Okay, this may be a kind of stupid question to ask...

But does anyone know of a slim jean, that would possibly be better to skate in? My APC's crotch seam has ripped twice in the passed two months of owning them, and I'm looking into a new pair to work on that would be more comfortable to skate in. So thanks in advance for your opinions.

Somets are HELLA slim. I tried them on at BIG last December. Maybe I had just sized down too much. I might just have to go to selfedge tomorrow.

How should I store my denim after I wear them? Hanging or folding? Or does it matter? I've only worn my APC NS for 2 weeks so their still being fitted in.

Average joe. Even stevens and slim jims are pretty slim fitted.

all denim stretches,
they might stretch about a inch or 2 at max,
but wear a belt and they should be fine.

Yeah, just not having anything in your pockets help. But if you don't want your shit to fade, APCs aren't the best choice. They lose indigo pretty easily. Get a pair with natural indigo, that shit is ridiculously hard to fade.

getting a pair of pbj all nat. indigo should be fine, well if you have the money for it..

just got my samurai 710's from japan yesterday,
(back pocket stitching and all) and the first thing i do after run around in excitement is start filling my tub up with hot water.
and i have this awesome control freak 1950's style step dad who thinks im a freak for everything i do,
and of course he see's me and has a huge little pissy fit about me not throwing them in the washing machine,
and he was like whats the difference between soaking them and washing them?
and i basicly said washing machine would kill my pants taking all the indigo out and this will let me shrink them without abrasion.
and he looks at me still like im a special ed kid so are there any other true reasons,
because this is not the last time he will say anything to me...
fag...

Next time you wash 'em, just put some of his white clothes in with the jeans. That'll show him.
