*superdenimnoob question alert*
Ive never really felt any japanese denim before. They have the Sugarcane Okinawa 1wash for $310 at a local boutique. I was wondering if all of the japanese denim(Samurai,Flathead,Skull,etc..)have the same softness feel to them after the 1st soak or is there a specific model of jeans that may have the same feel for a smaller price?

WOW i just went to 2 gap stores and 1 of em had only morrisons and the other one barely had any mens clothes(didnt even have slim fit jeans)...and the rigids online rite now are sold out in most sizes

uh. no, not really.
They're all gonna feel different for the most part. Some jeans are thicker abd heavier, made differently and so on. They'll range.

i got a bape shirt from my cousin, and its 2x and im a large. Can i shrink it? And i found out that 100% cotton can shrink but how do I do it? And will the grapic get ruined? Thanks in advance

well, it probably shrinks all around. usually i wash it hot and dry it hot. make sure to turn the shirt inside out.

How exactly are jeans hemmed?


you measure your inseam, measure the jeans and add seam allowences and cut them off. then you sew them hem back with a sewing machine.

itll take longer and probably wont be as crisp if they were tighter.

to speed things up a bit, spray the front & the back of the knees, and the front with starch to help set creases.

so i got a couple of levis that i had for a while. not raw or selvedge or anything just regular. i lost alot of weight but dont want to throw them out. is there any way i could shrink them?

it wot hurt to soak them... bleeding should lessen with a soak.
my mom bought me a pair of levi's 501's (not stf) but they had honeycombs on them already.

im not a big fan on honeycombs, but what is a way i can get rid of them.

you cant get rid of them unless you wash the jeans untill they are a solid baby blue color... id say 30 or 40 wash cycles in a row maybe??? i dont think that would even do it honestly.

nope... they wont shrink past tag size.

they shrink to 3 or 4 inches smaller than tag size.

what are you trying to spend... like top dollar amount? i dont like apc denim... but it sounds like you want cures. new cures are even tighter.

id say get some new cures in your true waist size and sag them a bit... i think tapered jeans look much better like that than worn high and tight.

never seen em in person. i prefer japanese brands myself... i think the attention to detail is higher and the attention to branding is lower.
