You asked, I answered, there is nothing special about them besides being vintage looking and vintage fitted.

If they are not already a slim fit pair of jeans, will look goofy.

Midnite, they're imperial shearers, they fit fine on the waist and my calves, it's just way too baggy on the thigh compared to my New Cures

I never had to taper any of my jeans before, only hem, but I would take extra measures in sending it to Selfedge or something. How loose is the thighs, maybe a hot soak will help, you heard anyone needing taper on Shearers since they are already really slim.

I've soaked them like three times already lol, the thigh is hopeless. I may just have really skinny thighs I'm not sure.

I just got a 30 because it was a trade, I'm happy with the way everything else fits except for the thighs haha. I'm a true 30 so maybe a 28 or 29 would have been better

Ohh ok, well just to let you know, Shearers are known to be roomier in the thighs and then tapered knee down.

How so? Sydney always models all the jeans perfectly, from the pic I can see that the thigh is roomier than other models. I always check all measurements of a pair, since I know exactly what I want, I usually have perfect fits.

@midnite these are just slightly too baggy on the thigh for my liking, because I'm a really skinny guy

I had a deal on plndr so I decided to gamble on a pair of Mishka's raw selvage Alexei's. I think all inseams on Mishka denim is 34? For regular jeans I wear 30 so I was wondering what do I do. Should I get it hemmed? If so, to what length? I also couldn't find any info on whether it's sanforized or not so I can soak them. (I'm an amateur)

get it hemmed if you feel that it's too long. I'm pretty sure it's sanforized or it should say un-sanforized if it is. No need to soak. But hem about 1" longer than what you normally wear as most denim will shrink a little bit
