31 measures 32
so if you bought true to size then sz32 for 710s would work
if that was a size down then 33 if im correct.
if they fit snug at you where you don't need a belt lay the waist flat an straight on the ground and measure it, then obviously double the number and that should give you a pretty accurate size for your true waist, works for me
