^ you trade in an old pair of worn in / well faded APCs for 50% off a new pair

They then go onto repair (if necessary) and sell your jeans on, for more than what they retailed for originally (cheeky sods)

Petit New Standards tag size 30 (waist 31). Definitely a nice alternative if you have bigger thighs but still enjoy a nice taper.

Just got my slightly used 28 PNS in the mail. Planning on getting the length hemmed a bit. I like the fit in the legs but the top block/waist is a little loose.. previous owner stretched it out a bit. What do you guys think? And does soaking the waist in hot water and letting it dry help shrink it at all?

You can rinse/wash it and start wearing a belt to not stretch it again to this stage.

To be more accurately, I bought the PS last year, but I have definitely less than a years wear in these as I rotate the with my 2 other pairs of Nudies. Don't really do any hardcore activities in these (eg:skateboarding, cycling and the like) so you can see not much obvious fades and indigo loss. Zero washes.

Haha thanks. Had a dilemma between the Beckmans and the Wolverines as both of them look somewhat similar.
